Finally the force to resist the madness of mandating vaccines “unmonitored experimental genetic therapies” on all those worried about their future college endeavors, begins.
On June 15, 2021, Jane M. Orient, M.D. wrote an article explaining the recent information on risk to the heart and other threats posed by the vaccinations “unmonitored experimental genetic therapies”, citing a recent video by Dr. Peter A. McCullough, M.D., MPH
“You might be able to get a college degree with a damaged heart, but the door may be slammed permanently on athletics, military service, or any physically demanding occupation.”
A Personalized version of a letter was sent to the President and Board Chair of the Public Colleges and Universities Arguing:
A. Attorney General Herring Advisory Opinion Provides No Cover for Coerced Vaccines Unmonitored Experimental Genetic Therapies, particularly by Private Colleges and Universities.
B. Coerced COVID-19 Immunization Breaches a Contract with Students and Parents.
C. It Is a Violation of Bio-Ethics to Coerce Use of An Experimental Drug.
D. Every College or University Must Offer a Religious and Medical Exemption.
E. Colleges and Universities Should Not Mandate Use of Pharmacologic Products Developed or Manufactured Using Aborted Fetal Tissue.
F. Bodily Autonomy under States Law.
G. Federal Law Prevents Coerced Administration of the Vaccine “Unmonitored Experimental Genetic Therapy”.

“UNMONITORED”
With the Emergency Use Authorization of these vaccines unmonitored experimental genetic therapies, the FDA has allowed Pfizer, BionTech, Moderna, and Johnson & Johnson to unleash upon healthy unsuspecting citizens three vaccines experimental genetic therapies, with an intention to keep us from getting sick or killed from the SARS-CoV-2 or Wuhan coronavirus, “and not harming us or killing us in the process.“
We, healthy individuals, are essentially the Phase 3 Study group.
Because there exists no research institution that is held responsible for what is usually mandated legally per the strict laws governing new drug and treatment studies, that is, “the close monitoring of all research subjects,” these vaccines three experimental genetic therapies are now being administered to healthy individuals without any of the “legally FDA required scientific and regulated monitoring for adverse effects or death.”
This deserves repeating: No one is monitoring for adverse effects or death. You may think that the government, the CDC, the FDA, or some hospital, university, or research institution, or even the drug companies that manufactured these three experimental genetic therapies are actually monitoring and watching for serious adverse events or deaths.

You may think that the CDC is monitoring for safety, because anyone can log into the VAERS site and learn of these problems.
But this is NOT a substitute, nor was it ever intended to substitute, for the FDA required monitoring of all Phase 3 study participants, simply because the adverse events and deaths recorded on VAERS are voluntary. [See bottom right line in Disclaimer above: “reports to VAERS are Voluntary” as seen on VAERS website.]
This deserves repeating:
Reporting of adverse events and Deaths from these three “vaccines,” is completely voluntary.
We cannot just assume all events and deaths are being recorded. In fact, it can be proven beyond a doubt that this is not the case; many practitioners are not recording or reporting these events.
In effect, there will be no FDA regulated and monitored Phase 3 study.
After only 53 deaths from the Swine Flu Vaccine in 1976, the FDA stopped anyone else from receiving that vaccine.

After over 12,000 “VAERS recorded” deaths, it is clear that these three vaccines experimental genetic therapies are not safe.
These “Vaccines” are killing many of the “Phase 3 Study” participants.
